Your order can be cancelled if the warehouse has not begun processing it. Once your order reaches our warehouse, our employees work hard to get your order our as quickly as possible. This makes cancelling an order rather difficult.

During busy times of the year, and when certain products are in high demand, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your order for shipment. We work hard to make sure you get your order as quickly and as safely as possible.

Sometimes, products can be damaged during the shipping process. We do as much as we can to secure your products in protective packaging. We cannot control what happens to your package once it leaves our facilities.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an image of the damaged item(s). We will file a claim with USPS and resend your product. This may take up to 7 business days.
Sadly, if an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for the shipping costs. Once the order is returned to us, we can reship it for a small cost on new shiping charges.
If USPS scans and confirms delivery of your package to your address, we cannot issue a refund for a missing package.
USPS will sometimes mark a package as delivered when it is still in transit. Please give them a little time. If you do not receive your package within a couple days, please contact your local post office with the tracking info.
